Arriving at the Cistuvaert System

As I disembark from the ship a huge blast wave of heat and fire surrounds me. As I begin to explore this new world that resembles the gates of hell, I begin to wonder if I can survive on such a hostile world. However the ship was free and I was told that vast riches could be found on this inhospitible fireball if you look hard enough. So I set up a small base camp and begin to colonize this place. If I can survive here I can survive anywhere.

This is your captain speaking...

We have just entered the Cistuvaert system and we will be landing shortly. Please remember your safety equipment the outside temperature is a hot 700 degrees on the surface. Thank you for flying with us and welcome to the hottest planet in the Cistuvaert system.

ITS A TRAP!

We are under attack! ALL HANDS BATTLESTATIONS! All this for some spiced wine?! Luckily I was able to escape with the wine. Looks like someone isn't going to be having some wine tonight! lol

Missioning

Today while I was docked at a nearby station, I was offered a job to transport some spiced wine. Sounds like a easy buck! $$

New certificate awarded!

After a long wait of 20 days, I have finally finished training the skill Advanced Weapon Upgrades to Lv 5. This is a very important skill because it allows me to receive an Elite Fitting certificate that allows me to use any valid module configuration with out fitting issues. I have been waiting a really long time to get this skill completed. Now I can start my training for the new planetary interaction stuff that came out!

Gone on a shopping spree

One of my friends was gracious enough to give me 100 million isk (ingame currency) combine that with a mining op with one of my corp members and we made about 120 mill from mining out two belts of astroid ore. So with my new found cash I located the closest mechant shipyard and I went shopping for new ships. I purchased my viator transport that got blown up, as well as my Brutix battlecruiser I lost while doing some missions. I also had enough money to buy a brand new Mackcaw or Mack for short. The Mack is basically for mining ice in the very cold reaches of space. I always wanted to try one and get an ice mining op started. I believe that good times are ahead!

Low Security Mining Op

Some friends of mine decided to travel into low security space and mine some really rare ore. For the most part the mining op went well. We focused on two different rare ores Jaspet and Hemophorite. We didn't get whole lot of ore because we were first attack by Thorax crusier and a Dominix Cruiser. We were able to handle them but the scariest part was when the pirates attacked. I looked at the info of one of them and the pirate was a full decorated war hero yet he was a pirate! Well some of us were unable to escape however we were able to save most of the ore that we collected so it wasn't a total loss. I think the worst part of this experience was looking at the pirate's medals for valor and the impressive kill record.

Salvaging ships

One of the great things I like about playing Eve Online is that after you blow up a ship you can salvage the wreck for parts. Its kind of my way of recycling stuff that people don't want anymore. The great part is that I can use the salvage materials to make modules that can modify my ship to shoot faster or fly quicker. The Catayst destroyer shown here is probably the best salvage ship that money can buy with 4 small tractor beams and 4 salvagers this ship can grab wrecks from 20km away and salvage it at 5 km. So its the best ship out there.
